TA Drilling is a familiar name in the trenchless technology sector and TRACTO is delighted to announce the company’s appointment as a distributor for TRACTO UK and sister company, PRIME DRILLING. Under the agreement, TA Drilling is now able to offer the full range of TRACTO GRUNDODRILL rigs from 40 to 280 kN (4 to 28 t) in mainland UK, and larger PRIME DRILLING rigs from 300 to 6,000 kN (30 to 600 t) in the UK and Ireland.
Established in 2000, TA Drilling has regional offices in Northamptonshire, Northumberland and Ireland, as well as training facilities in Derbyshire and is well known as an authority in HDD and trenchless technology. The company is expanding into Europe and the new range of products both complements the existing product portfolio and offers access to swift parts availability. Phil Benford, Managing Director, is very optimistic about the opportunities presented by the agreement saying: “We now have a broader range than we have ever had before to sell to our customers and we have certainly had significant interest; which has already resulted in the sale of a used GRUNDODRILL 18ACS. The build quality of the drills is second to none. They are extremely well manufactured and offer very impressive residual values. We have taken a number of customers to the Bedford HQ and without exception the feedback is very positive. We are expecting to close more deals soon by demonstrating the long-term value, productivity and reliability of these highly durable and sophisticated machines.”
