The upgraded Connection Collar 2.0 System provides a superior 360o connection which seals the mainline and the lateral, using fully-taped collars and a custom push-rod system which can navigate multiple bends to install and rehabilitate connections, with optional steam curing with the new Picote Steamer for even faster project completion. Collars can be installed from the mainline or the lateral and is available for T and Y connections and double connections with 90° or 180° angles.
Picote Flexi-Sliplining is an environmentally-friendly rehabilitation method for gravity sewers DN100 to DN300. Eliminating the need for traditional sliplining trenches, Picote Flexi-Sliplining utilises a DIBt certified tri-layer PE pipe which is flexible enough to turn in on itself, which coupled with Picote-designed equipment offers a completely trenchless manhole-to-manhole method.
