RELINEEUROPE has completed the implementation of a new Management Board, following last year’s takeover by the global private equity firm Bregal Unternehmerkapital.
From 01 January 2021 the new management team of Frank Mersmann, Patrick Heimpold and Andreas Bichler assumed responsibly for the company, with Ludwig Allmann, Christian Noll and Bernd Flossmann transitioning to roles as senior consultants to the new Management Board.
