RELINEEUROPE has completed the implementation of a new Management Board, following last year’s takeover by the global private equity firm Bregal Unternehmerkapital.
From 01 January 2021 the new management team of Frank Mersmann, Patrick Heimpold and Andreas Bichler assumed responsibly for the company, with Ludwig Allmann, Christian Noll and Bernd Flossmann transitioning to roles as senior consultants to the new Management Board.
“We would like to thank all our customers and business partners for their outstanding and trustworthy collaboration over the years – we are unbelievably grateful” said Christian Noll.
“In Frank, Patrick and Andreas we have found a highly qualified and experienced management team. Within a very short time, this ‘younger generation’ have shown that they are able to manage RELINEEUROPE and the RELINE UV-Group in a responsible and respectful way. They have also brought their own approach to the business, which will certainly contribute to its continued expansion” he added.
