The Kobus Pipe Puller continues its expansion into Europe and Kobus Services Ltd are actively seeking high calibre partners to work with in Germany, Belgium and Italy.
The Kobus Pipe Puller is already a popular choice as a trenchless solution in North America and the UK for the replacement of water and gas service pipes. The company is also successfully working with exclusive partners in Netherlands, Spain and Poland, who are promoting this trenchless technology in those countries.
The Pipe Puller offers a unique and simple method to remove old lead, steel, copper and PE service pipes and replace with new PE pipes in a single operation. It can remove pipes up to about 20m in length and up to 11/4” diameter. It requires only two small excavations at either end of the pipe being replaced, eliminating the need for large open cut excavations. The technique minimises disruption to local residents and traffic, reduces noise pollution and costs, and is environmentally friendly compared to open cut methods.
Kobus is looking for distributor partners who are already representing equipment manufacturers in the water or gas network sectors, or who are contractors undertaking rehabilitation of these networks.
