Amiblu showcases NC Line pipes at No-Dig Live

Amiblu’s history dates back to the 1950s and 1960s with the development of Hobas Centrifugal Cast and Flowtite Filament Wound GRP pipes, respectively.  Both names, Hobas and Flowtite, became synonymous in the production of GRP pipes worldwide as separate brands and in 2017 Amiblu was formed to bring the two market leaders together.

Amiblu now leads the way in GRP pipe development and production for trenchless, open-cut and above ground pipe and storage systems. At No-Dig Live 2022 the company’s team will be ready to show exhibition and conference visitors examples of its NC Line pipes for non-circular slip lining and structural rehabilitation plus its GRP jacking pipes, widely used for microtunnelling, pipe jacking and of course sliplining and structural rehab works too.

In recent years, Amiblu has decisively set the tone in the market regarding its products’ sustainability and also to environmental thinking regarding raw materials, transport, and installation of the pipes. Now the company is working rapidly towards becoming Carbon Neutral in the coming years, with all plants operating on renewable energy creating high strength, abrasion and corrosion resistant, light weight pipes with optimal hydraulics, requiring minimal maintenance and providing a remarkably long design life exceeding 150 years offering both sustainable and resilient solutions to asset owners. The greenest pipe is the one you do not have to replace.
